Visitor statistics, without cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly which country they're in, what kind of device they use and which site referred them. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything in your browser and doesn't identify you or follow you across other websites. We only ever see totals.

There are no advertising trackers, and no cookies. That's why there's no cookie banner.

When you contact us

If you send an enquiry through the Folio AI contact form, we receive your name, business, email address, optional phone number and message by email, delivered via our email provider, Resend. We use it only to reply and discuss your enquiry. It isn't added to a mailing list or CRM.

The Folio AI demo

Questions you ask in the public Folio AI demo, and the answers given, are processed by OpenAI to generate the answer and stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so we can review and improve answers. They're deleted after 90 days. To apply fair-use limits, the demo uses a one-way hash of your IP address rather than cookies. Please don't enter personal information into the demo.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing info@foliohello.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
